Making it Easy to Create Any Style of Staircase
We make dozens of different turnings, and custom parts, to give flexibility to both the stair designer and the homeowner. Many of our standard products are easily customized with fluting, octagon facets or twisted sections to enhance even the most basic of stairs.
Custom Turnings - With our CNC copy lathe, we can create custom balusters and newels without the expense of custom tooling. Large or small runs are acceptable, so historic or architectural installations can be completed to perfection.
Primed Balusters (Option PR*) - Several balusters are available with a white primed finish, and are a great option for builders. We recommend painting these before or after installation for best results. Also, not all lengths are available with a primed finish and the post sizes will vary slightly from the non-primed parts. Call Customer Service or check our current catalog for specifics on each style.
Fluted, Octagon and Twist Options (Options F, O or T) - Standard parts gain a custom look when they’re fluted, twisted or when we add an octagon-faceted profile. We offer these options on many of our balusters and newels. |
