1. Not every customer wants access to information in the same manner, so we start with a choice: website, telephone, email or visit to an existing customer.
2. We continue to improve the website with the intention of making it highly informative.
3. We maintain a series of rolling numbers for easy access to our customer service representatives. A customer service representative is standing by to assist you now. Call 603-434-1144.
4. E-mail is the choice for many - most customer service personnel carry a BlackBerry or equivalent device with them so communications can continue smoothly.
5. We bring the showroom to you - after all the flooring and accessories will be installed at your home, not our offices. We continue to install Hampshire Hardwoods floors at many of our contracting / installation partners. 
6. We listen to what the homeowner, designer and architect are telling us. Then we investigate new products and services to fulfill those requests. We continue to expand our product lines through 2009 as a result of informed feedback.
7. Our rapidly expanding photo gallery shows homes we've been privileged to grace with Hampshire Hardwoods floors. All our advertising photography comes from customers' residences or businesses. When you have a Hampshire Hardwoods floor installed, we hope you will share your experience with us and the rest of the community.
