Hampshire Hardwoods Process

Everything starts with an onsite visit by one of our professionals. We look to properly measure all the flooring and stairwell accessories. By visiting the location we can ask specific questions about transitions, matching decorative materials like skirt boards and perform a complete measure of the stair treads and all the fittings associated with a handrail system. Upon completion of visit a detailed report / proposal covering all the individual elements is delivered for review and confirmation prior to ordering. The homeowner, contractor and or architect knows the exact details of what is being ordered and delivered.

We deliberately will not deliver in foul weather unless we can get into a dry location. We nest and strap all the wood flooring in our curtain-side trucks or open bed trailers to keep movement to a minimum during transport. Removal of the wood is done by Hampshire Hardwood personnel and carried into to the designated areas.

Hampshire Hardwoods delivers throughout the Northeast with its own trucks, and across the nation via proven commercial carriers. Since its inception, Hampshire Hardwoods has consistently delivered - on time - to homes and businesses across North America.

No matter the item - flooring, stair accessories or molding - or where it needs to be, The "Handle with Care" team can arrange for safe and efficient transport to its final destination. We want to make sure each and every customer is completely satisfied with our services.

We look forward to being at your service in the near future.
