The Hampshire Hardwoods 10-step standards checklist

  1. Hampshire Hardwoods stands behind our product with an unequivocal warranty on material defects or workmanship.
  2. The Hampshire Hardwoods form factor is long lengths complemented by wide widths.
  3. True face widths that bring out the inherent beauty plank by plank, with fewer breaks and changes.
  4. Hampshire Hardwoods materials are milled and dried to NWFA standards.
  5. All product is properly classified as either clear / select and better / prime (or) rustic / natures defects - whether you're looking at floors at trade shows, our rolling show room or at samples for guidance in your decision process, the delivered product will be equally consistent.
  6. All products are tongue and groove with end matching, resulting in a consistent and true fit from one plank to the next. All Hampshire Hardwoods solid wood floors are 3/4-inch thick and feature industry-standard stress-relief cutouts on the underside, making them enduring and stable.
  7. Exceptional milling quality down to 2/1000ths of an inch results in a beautiful finish ready surface.
  8. Hampshire Hardwoods is a supporter of sustainable forestry and the LEED initiative and works only with suppliers who practice and supply accordingly.
  9. Exceptional customer service - our experienced staff works with the professional advisor on topics ranging from application, environment, matching designs, lengths, widths to finishes.
  10. Flooring Plus - flooring is a bottom-up process. Hampshire Hardwoods provides matching accessories for stairs, trim, bullnose and risers. Most of our customers tie in a complete package.
