Viewed another way, long, wide planks enhance the floor's beauty interrupting the pattern less often with seams between planks. Put simply, Custom Classic provides more floor and fewer seams.
It's simple arithmetic. An average Custom Classic plank measures 6.5 feet or longer and 5 or more inches wide. An average traditional strip board measures 28 inches by 2 1/4 inches - one-sixth the size! In practical terms, a floor laid of smaller strip pieces results in a checkerboard of seams. How many times have you seen a twelve inch board in the middle of a floor? That's the Custom Classic difference!
